Visioning
As a facilitator of visioning and sustainability planning
sessions, my commitment is to build a platform for engaged, productive, even inspiring conversation to meet my clients'
needs. I first ask:
"If this
retreat or meeting were a success beyond your wildest dreams, what would be true?"
Then I hand-select resources and activities to achieve those intentions. Of course, I also
understand that my role includes being ready for anything.
Life cycle support
I often am consulted by organizations facing phases
of intense learning and growth--coming into the world, revisiting purpose in a changing environment, or determining if it
might be time to fold. In these moments, hiring a skilled facilitator can invite new ways of thinking (even about recurring
issues) and free everyone to participate fully.
